Data Center Field Intelligence

Let’s talk about
the project.

Give us enough context to understand where the development stands, what is happening in the community and what decisions are ahead. We’ll come to the strategy meeting prepared.

Pre-announcement or confidential project?

That’s normal. Many of the projects we support are confidential, commercially sensitive or not yet public. Share only what you’re comfortable providing here. We can put appropriate confidentiality protections in place before your team shares detailed project information.

01You + your team
02The project
03The environment
+ timing

Three sections.
Only what we need
to prepare.

The VFO confidentiality standard

Your project doesn’t have to be public
for us to start the conversation.

We routinely work with clients on projects that are pre-announcement, commercially sensitive or otherwise confidential. Protecting our clients and the information entrusted to us is part of how VFO operates from the first conversation forward.

If your team requires a formal confidentiality agreement before detailed project information is discussed, we are prepared to put one in place.

You do not need to disclose sensitive project details through this form. Give us enough context to understand the conversation you need to have. We can handle the details directly.

Brief us on the project

Section 01 — You and your team
01

You + your team

Who we should be speaking with, and how to reach you directly.

Enter a first name.
Enter a last name.
Enter a company or organization.
Enter a title or role.
Enter a valid business email address.
Enter a direct phone number.
Section 02 — The project
02

The project

Where the development sits geographically, and where it sits in its lifecycle.

If the project is confidential or pre-announcement, you may leave this blank.

Enter the municipality or city.
Enter the state.
Select your role in the project.
Select the current project stage.
Understood — pre-announcement

Nothing further is needed here. We work inside pre-announcement environments regularly, and we’d rather cover the sensitive detail with you directly than ask for it in a form.

Next public decision or hearing

If a date is on the calendar, it helps us understand how much runway there is.

Tell us briefly what you’re seeing

Who appears to be organizing, what issues are driving resistance and how developed is the opposition?

Section 03 — The environment and timing
03

The environment + timing

The two questions below do most of the work. Everything after them is optional.

Tell us what you’re seeing or hearing — awareness, questions, concerns, organized opposition, misinformation, public-meeting activity or anything else relevant. If the project has not been announced, simply tell us that.

Tell us what you’re seeing — or that the project hasn’t been announced.

What does your team need to understand, prepare for or decide next?

Tell us what’s driving the conversation.
Next important project date or milestoneOptional

Announcement, zoning meeting, public hearing, permitting decision, board vote or other milestone.

If known, tell us the approximate number of households, residents or geographic area surrounding the project.

Your submission gives our team the context to determine who should be in the conversation and how we should prepare.

VFO is the field-execution and community-intelligence layer supporting your public affairs, government affairs, development, legal, communications, permitting and engineering teams — not a replacement for them. Submitting this form does not by itself create a confidentiality agreement, an attorney-client relationship or any other legal protection — if your team needs formal protections in place first, tell us and we will arrange them before detailed information is shared.
